Athletes will work on different grips and throws, combinations, throws in movement, and reviewing their own throwing techniques. Coaches will explore ways to make training more engaging and effective.

Natalia’s accomplishments include Sambo World Champion, Junior European Champion, Grand Slam Medalist, and Dallas Open Champion.
